About the Longhair Volume Cut

Natural or romantically playful, straight or dramatically voluminous for a big entrance. However, long hair also requires a bit more care and, most importantly, the correct cut. Otherwise, it hangs down and often appears dull and boring. The proper texture is key to ensuring that it has volume, fullness and movement. In cooperation with the internationally renowned top stylist Anthony Galifot, Wahl developed a completely new type of cut for long hair. During a shooting, using the award-winning Moser Genio Pro hair clipper and the innovative TEXTURIZING Blade, he created an enchanting volume cut for long hair that perfectly boasts elegance and French chic. In addition to the precise length cuts, working with the innovative Genio Pro clipper allows completely new cutting and slicing techniques that create the perfect hair texture. This immediately provides the hair with the perfect shape, and styling the volume of the long hair does not require a great deal of everyday effort on the part of the customer.

1. Part classic sections at the top of the head. Cut all of the hair of the back of the head to one length.

2.Attach the TEXTURIZING Blade to the Genio Pro and set it to texture mode. Then gently soften the lower lengths.

3. Pull up the hair in the upper section in a 90-degree angle and shorten it evenly by approx. 2-3 cm using the Genio Pro.

4. Attach the TEXTURIZING Blade to the Genio Pro and texture the tips.

5. Working toward the bottom, evenly shorten the hair at the sides with a comb and the appliance.

6. Soften the side lengths at a diagonal angle toward the crown.

7. Evenly shorten the forehead hair by approx. 2-3 cm and then incorporate a soft texture into the tips

8. Blow dry the lengths with the large volume brush and the Ventus Pro.

9. Work large curls into the hair with Moser TitanCurl and let them cool down with classic clips as papilots.
